How do I book a private paint party or event?

Click the "book a party" button on the home page. You will be taken to an appointment page, which will appear in a new window. Or click the button below.  Choose the service you're interested in to reserve your date of choice.

Please note that booking a paint party DOES NOT confirm you party date and time. You will receive an email confirming your paint party date and time.

Is there a deposit for a private mobile paint party?

Yes. There is a $50 deposit to book. (large/corporate parties vary *please call for more info*)

The deposit will cover the host‘s ticket and travel.  

 The deposit is ONLY refundable if your party is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. 

*Please note the cancellation policy on the appointment booking website*

Do you have a location?

At this time we do not have a location, yet. Hosts must find a location for their paint party and the Po' & Paint staff will come set up 30-40 minutes before the party start time.

How do I reach you if I have questions that aren't listed here?

How long do paint parties typically last?

Each private paint party or virtual paint party is approx 1.5 - 2 hours in length. 

What size canvas do we paint on?

An 11x14 pre-sketched canvas is included for each guest. A 12x16 pre-sketched canvas can be requested for an upcharge.

How do I choose a painting that I want my guests and I to paint?

You may view the catalog here OR you are welcome to view paintings from previous paint parties booked by Po' & Paint and by visiting the Facebook or Instagram pages. (Please see links on the home page). 

You may also suggest a painting theme to the owner/artist via email after your paint party is booked.

How do my guests pay for their spot?

All guests of a booked paint party/events can visit the home page at to submit payment  individually. There will be a dedicated payment link for your private party after booking is completed, unless the host declines this option and makes the payment for the entire party via invoice. 

*all payments are due no less than 48 hours prior to event*

There will be a dedicated payment link with the host‘s name to purchase your ticket.

Do you provide food and beverages?

No. You must provide your own food and/or beverages for you and your guests. If you have a large spread prepared, we recommend you eating first. If you have light refreshments, you can snack while you paint!
